Our Pre-Employment Supports Program helps you land your first job through readiness assessments, resume and cover letter help, and interview preparation. If you want to upgrade your skills and gain career training and certificates, Employment & Training Services supports your long-term goals and job placements. OTDC Employment Program connects you with partnerships that support Indigenous workforce development through job matching, employer connections, and retention support.
