Youth MMA Classes With Rylie Marchand and Taylor LaLonde 4:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays at the ‘Canoe shed’ located in the upper Health Building parking lot. -Warm ups/stretches, 1-2 jiu jitsu or kickboxing techniques, followed by a game -We are learning to have fun, be safe and fail gracefully.
