FitNation update – Tuesdays from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Bluebird building
Way’ Members, the FitNation program will now be happening on Tuesdays instead of Mondays at the Bluebird building. The new time will be from 9:30am to 10:30am. Fitnation is a physical activity program and can be modified to fit with al fitness and mobility levels! -Regular light exercise can reduce pain, relieve stress, improve sleep as well as improve flexibility
