OKIBFD currently operates multiple emergency response vehicles including engine pumpers, rescue apparatus, a water tender, and command vehicles. Members regularly participate in training programs and emergency exercises to stay ready and maintain strong response capabilities.
OKIBFD is a certified fire department made up of 35 trained members and operates 5 emergency response vehicles. We respond to approximately 700 calls each year and provide first responder medical support, wildfire response, and motor vehicle accident and rescue services. Covering more than 10,000 hectares of land, OKIBFD is committed to ongoing training, prevention work, and overall community safety.
