Employment and Training/OTDC

Our Employment and Training Coordinator works for the Okanagan Indian Band (OKIB) with the Okanagan Training and Development Council (OTDC) to provide funding for all OKIB members and any indigenous persons living in the OTDC service area. The program strives to increase individual self-efficacy towards meaningful employment through supports for education, training, and career building.

All indigenous people living in the OTDC service area regardless of status (Status, Non-Status, Inuit) are eligible for support.
