SUMMARY:Presentation on Bill C-92
DESCRIPTION:Presentation on Bill C-92 \nOKIB Child & Family Services invites community members to a special public presentation on Bill C-92: Enabling Legislation for First Nations Implementation.\nThe presentation will be delivered by Dr. Cindy Blackstock PhD. \nThis one-hour session will explore the practical implications of Bill C-92 and pathways to First Nations jurisdiction in child and family services.\nCindy is Gitxsan and is honoured to serve as the Executive Director of the First Nations Child and Family Caring Society and as a professor at McGill University’s School of Social Work.
